Data controller

Personal data processed

Transaction security data: the anonymous ID created by the app, IP address and request logs.

Customer transaction data: subscription and Perfect credit records, language and time zone.

Visual data: cutouts of garments you ask to perfect (processed, not stored).

Biometric data: face data used to recognize you during the gallery scan. It is processed and stored only on your phone and is never transferred to us.

Purposes and legal grounds

Providing the app and managing Perfect credits and subscriptions: establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

Preventing abuse, information security and fixing errors: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Processing face data on your phone: explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your face data in the Profile screen.

Transfers

Data is transferred only as needed to provide the service, to providers for hosting (Hetzner, Germany), networking and security (Cloudflare), AI processing (OpenRouter) and purchase management (Apple, RevenueCat). Because some of these providers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in line with the safeguards in KVKK Art. 9.

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically and automatically while you use the app.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
